Robert
is a senior leadership and management professional, consultant,
educationalist, strategist and futurist who has worked at
CEO/Managing Director level with major UK, European and Australian
publicly listed high technology multinationals.

He

Having
successfully completed the Century Oils/Fuchs merger in 1994, Rob
co-founded Futureware Corporation Pty Limited, a management
consulting firm specialising in the implementation of strategic
leadership, futures studies and organisational learning. With an
established national client base, Rob has assisted a wide range of
organisations across a broad spectrum of industries.

include BHP Limited, AVCO Finance Pty Ltd, HunterNet, Lucent
Technologies Pty Limited, White & Lewis Consulting (now NSP
Buck), Powercoal, Sanitarium Health Food Company, Australian

Rob
is widely regarded as an effective action strategist, management
educator, futurist, process facilitator, consultant problem solver
and senior management coach and counsellor with hands on as well as
theoretical expertise. He has broad credibility with senior managers
and management teams.
Known
for his passion in the areas of community and environmental
sustainability, Rob has a reputation for being able to challenge the
status quo with integrity, helping clients explore sustainable
alternative futures in order to diversify declining businesses in
our rapidly changing economic climate.
As
a result of his passion, Rob is a charismatic and inspirational
mentor, able to work with a diverse range of clients who are seeking
advice that is above the ordinary.
He
is married with two children and lives in the lower Hunter Valley.
